We’re moved to Fairfield!

We moved to a brand new facility in Fairfield, CT, on August 19, 2016!  Our new location is at One Sasco Hill Road, Office 202, Fairfield, CT.  It is conveniently located off Route 1 and Interstate-95 and near the bus stop.

We welcome new and existing patients at our new location!
